  • availability is confirmed and your menu/service details are reviewed

  • secure your event date with the required 50% deposit.

  • if your service includes a tasting, we’ll schedule your tasting experience. optional tastings may be added for $150 and are credited toward your final catering balance when you move forward.

  • Chef Chanell prepares a curated tasting experience, then your menu is refined and finalized together

  • your catering experience is executed according to your selected service, from setup through breakdown

catering styles offered for these packages include:

plated style service - for couples who want a full-service plated dinner with elevated hospitality:

  • 2 or 3 course meal

  • food beautifully plated and served to your guests while seated

  • prep day coordination

  • guest-friendly flow for mingling and movement

service styles available:

  • walking servers

    staff available to walk around and pass small bites while guests celebrate and mingle, most popularly offered during cocktail hour

  • table-side
    staff available to service guests while enjoying their dinner; including water or wine service

  • taxes will be included to your final balance

  • a processing fill will be applied to all invoices making payments via debit and/or credit cards

  • all catering services require assistance to ensure quality, timing, and care. staffing is determined based on guest count and menu complexity and is built into the experience

  • a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. the remaining balance is due prior to service

  • for couples who envision a traditional cocktail hour followed by an elegant plated dinner
