how it works

  • select the catering experience that best fits your gathering and level of service

  • submit an inquiry with your event details and preferred service style

  • availability is confirmed and the selected tier is secured with a deposit

  • if your service includes a tasting, or if you are adding a tasting to your service, a $250 deposit is due to schedule your tasting (this payment will be applied to your balance, and is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed)

  • Chef Chanell prepares a curated tasting experience. Menu is refined and finalized together

  • 50% of the balance is due to secure your desired date.

  • a processing fill will be applied to all invoices making payments via debit and/or credit cards

  • all catering services require assistance to ensure quality, timing, and care. staffing is determined based on guest count and menu complexity and is built into the experience

  • a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. the remaining balance is due prior to service
