  • availability is confirmed and your menu/service details are reviewed

  • secure your event date with the required 50% deposit.

  • if your service includes a tasting, we’ll schedule your tasting experience. optional tastings may be added for $150 and are credited toward your final catering balance when you move forward.

  • Chef Chanell prepares a curated tasting experience, then your menu is refined and finalized together

  • your catering experience is executed according to your selected service, from setup through breakdown

  • a processing fill will be applied to all invoices making payments via debit and/or credit cards

  • all catering services require assistance to ensure quality, timing, and care. staffing is determined based on guest count and menu complexity and is built into the experience

  • a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. the remaining balance is due prior to service
