  • submit an inquiry with your event details and preferred service style

  • schedule a tour of the venue

  • availability is confirmed and the selected tier is secured with a deposit. 50% of the balance is due to secure your desired date.

  • review vendor directory

  • if your service includes a tasting, or if you are adding a tasting to your service, a $250 deposit is due to schedule your tasting (this payment will be applied to your balance, and is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed)

  • Chef Chanell prepares a curated tasting experience. Menu is refined and finalized together
